Sare in cafea suna ciudat pentru multi dintre noi, insa tot mai multi oameni o folosesc de ceva timp, pentru a taia gustul amar.
Cei care aleg sa taie gustul amar al cafelei cu ajutorul laptelui si al zaharului, pot incerca sa faca acest lucru cu un praf de sare, o varianta care ar putea fi de folos celor care vor sa reduca consumul de zahar.
Acest trend este intarit si de un studiu care arata ca ionii de sodiu din sare suprima amareala si sporesc savoarea. Desi pana acum era de neconceput, oamenii au incercat si ii incurajeaza si pe altii sa faca acest lucru.
